ReplyDeletethe year I got married we spent 10 weeks vacation on Degray Lake in Arkansas. Beautiful moonlight settings all kinds of wild life. We boated, water ski and fished. Great place to be with nature. Luv the flower stamp. GREAT JOB
ReplyDeleteWell, you know my husband and I took very few vacations as we farmed and milked cows for 27 years and were tied down. But one year during the summer we did take a vacation by a lake in northern Minnesota and it was awesome. While the men went fishing, the women went touring, shopping and also did some stamping. That was fun. We also took a vacation in Iowa and Illinois and enjoyed that too. So guess the USA is my favorite place to tour in summer. We did a winter vacation in Japan as well since those cow milking days.
ReplyDeleteGena, Silver Strand State Beach in San Diego is our fave. Sit on the beach and watch the glorious sunsets. I have a book full of them from our stays over the years. Going to put it together properly now that I am retired.
ReplyDeleteThose are very lovely stampsets ^_^ I wish I had the money to buy them.
ReplyDeleteFavorite Summer Vacation spot is our home. We are fortunate enough to have a large yard, and pool, so all the kids, grandkids, and others come visit. Quick and Easy, Lean and Simple - just like how I like my cards!
ReplyDeleteI love these new sets very much. They would be great for our favorite vacation stops, which is San Antonio Lake in California. We love to camp, water ski and play in the sand. We also have the Columbia River right in our hometown where we water ski, also play in the sand. The stamp, Life is a Beach is perfect for scrapbooking those pictures, not mention all the wonderful cards that you could make this set.
ReplyDeleteThe birthday sentiments are great. But I also love the flowers in the Hello Sunshine set. The card you made with those flowers is so cheery and bright and uplifting. I love Surfside Beach which is right next to Myrtle Beach. We only live about 3 1/2 hours from there. Love it! Thanks for your videos..they are top notch!

Oh, Gina - what a beautiful card!
ReplyDeleteWe live in our favorite vacation spot. After years vacationing in Hawai'i, I decided to "live where you love to vacation, and visit wherever you need afterward." Not everyone can do that. It took a million buckets of sweat and courage to do it, but we did. I hope everyone can carve out their paradise no matter where they are! Thanks for the exquisite stamp designs!
Love Edisto Beach SC with a side trip to Charleston. Fun, Fun, Fun!
ReplyDeleteHello Gina,
ReplyDeleteI live on Vancouver Island, BC. About a one our drive north from here is a little town called Parksville. It was a very small beach community when I was a child, we spent every summer there in either a trailer or a cabin that our Grandparents rented for us. My father now lives there and my 14 year old son loves it as much as I did as a kid and still do. We still spend hours collecting shells, sand dollars and what ever other sea treasures we can find. Love your videos and stamp! keep up the great work.
