Tonight is our final night of previews and I am thrilled to introduce this month's One free with 3 stamp set, Floral Wreath.

Each month, we release a new stamp set that is only available when you purchase three other stamp sets in one order. Floral Wreath is one my most favorites to date!

This set starts with a large Floral Wreath with several choices of greeting that you can stamp inside. You can also use these greeting alone with other images. And, you can use this wreath as a perfect frame for small photos, shaker cards, ornaments and other focal images.

Although this set is SO fun to color, stamped and embossed in gold or silver, it creates a quick and easy elegant card. It's also a great set for making boxed sets of all occasion cards to use as gifts.

Tonight, I am giving away FOUR of these sets!
Here's how to enter:
Hop through blogs featuring gorgeous projects created by our talented design team and leave a comment here and on each of their blogs. The more blogs you comment on, the better your chances of winning! Then, just before our release party, I will update this entry with all four winners that will be randomly selected from all of the blog comments. (If you win, you can choose another set as your free with three for this month if you place a qualifying order.)

Later, I will be back with information about our release party- Thursday night, (tonight,) in our release party forum at StampTV from 7-10 PM central time.

Spellbinders Holiday Hop Winners

It was so exciting to have been part of the fabulous team of designers who created projects for the Spellbinders Holiday Blog hop! And I wanted to thank you guys so much for participating by leaving such positive comments here on my blog and on the rest of the designer's blogs too!

Spellbinders announced the winners so I thought I would share them here with you.

Congratulations to these two paper crafters. Here are their responses when they found out they won:

Carole from Hanover, MD says…

"Oh my. This sort of thing doesn't happen to me. I am in
utter shock. I don't even know how to thank Spellbinders and all of the amazing companies and bloggers who came together this weekend. "Thank you" doesn't seem adequate. I want to shout from the mountaintops, and even that wouldn't be enough. You've made me cry today. My heart still feels like it will explode from sheer joy. I can hardly wait to try the techniques I learned while hopping – and now I can! I'll have the tools to do it! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! "

Debra from Logansport, IN says…

"I am so thrilled and honored to win this prize! Spellbinders are an awesome product and they turn any card-making or scrapbooking project into a work of art. I've used Spellbinders for a long time and still reach for them every time I make something. I'd like to thank Spellbinders and their Cross Promotional Partners for their generous prize. "

Congratulations ladies! Enjoy your prizes. Your Gina K. Designs stamps will be shipped out next week.

Have a wonderful holiday to all of you, my faithful friends/blog readers.

I am truly thankful for you.

release party afterglow...

What a fun release party last night! There were a lot of creative people there last night. If you didn't get a chance to see all of the projects that the design team posted, most of them should be in the featured gallery at StampTV.com.

New products

Last night we released 6 brand new stamp sets including our brand new StampTV kit. We also released two new Basic Grey patterned paper packs and two Spellbinders die sets. To see everything that's new all in one place, click
here and it will take you to our "What's New" category at ginakdesigns.com.

New StampTV kit

To get a better view of what's inside the new Winter Wonderland StampTV kit, click here to watch a video showcasing the supplies. :)

-----------------------
As we bid farewell to our challenges hostesses, we've added a new feature on StampTV. One of the things you've told us you love is to watch projects being completed from start to finish.

Introducing Video Challenges

Color Spotlight Episode
Starting this Monday, we will be airing three weekly StampTV episodes. On Monday, I will be hosting a video version of our color challenge. Like our color challenges in the past, this will be posted in our challenge forum, however, it will also be posted on the home page and in our video tabs as well as Youtube and Vimeo.

I will show you the colors for the challenge of the week and then I will complete a project in those colors. These episodes will feature other stamp sets in the Gina K. Designs collection to provide you with more inspiration for those sets too! We would LOVE you to play along each week and post your cards in our gallery. We will be giving away prizes to randomly chosen challenge winners just like in the past.

Sketch Spotlight Episode
Sketches are a great way to get your creative juices flowing and to try a new card layout, stepping outside of your normal card making box. Every Friday, I will show you a new sketch and then make a project featuring that sketch.

Again, we would LOVE you to play along. These will be posted just like the color challenges featuring other Gina K. Designs sets and prizes will be given away as well.

Wednesday will always be dedicated to the StampTV kit just like it is now. Love that! :)

So, I better get to work. I have LOTS of videos to plan for and lots of projects to make.
Thank you all so much for your continued support of Gina K. Designs and StampTV. I appreciate you all SO much. XOXOXO

Hugs,
Gina k.

Introducing Heirloom Ornament by Nina Brackett

Photobucket

This set is a beautiful stamp set that coordinates with the Spellbinders Heirloom Ornament Die set.

You can use this stamp set along with the Spellbinders dies to create beautiful ornaments for your tree or to make beautiful cards for your loved ones
this holiday season.

Photobucket

The gorgeous detail in this image is perfect for stamping in color or embossing, like in my sample. I used some of our Pure Luxury Good as Gold card stock to create the card base and embossed the image and greeting with some Ranger Fine detail embossing powder in gold on our Ivory card stock. I used the Bow Easy to create a double looped bow with some of our ivory gold lined ribbon.

This stamp set along with the set of dies will be one you come back to year after year.

Introducing Light of the Season, our new One free with 3 stamp set.

This month, when you purchase any three stamp sets in one order, you will receive the new One free with 3 stamp set called Light of the Season. This little set will help you celebrate multiple holidays so you always have the right stamp.

Photobucket

I chose the Hanukkah stamps to create my card using some of the patterned paper from the new StampTV kit and some of our Silver Lining card stock. Accented with a touch of Black Onyx, this stamp set creates a beautiful holiday card.

Photobucket

I love the font style in the greetings in this set and you can add these greetings to a variety of other images you may already have in your collection.

It's great to always have the stamps you need to celebrate mulitle holidays this time of year.

So, what do you think of tonight's stamp sets?
Would you like to win one?

autumn

We're having the nicest Autumn here in Wisconsin. Last night, my daughter went to the mall with her friends and she wore shorts and a T-shirt. I know this weather won't last forever but I sure am enjoying every minute of it!

I was playing around with some quilt fabric and I made this pumpkin using the stamps from the Autumn Splendor StampTV and some of the Spellbinders Leaves dies.

It's very easy to make. All I did was cut a flat quarter into a circle. Then, I added a huge ball of stuffing in the center. Then, I grabbed two opposite sides and put in one stitch. I grabbed the other two opposite sides and put in one stitch. Then, I tucked everything else in. I wrapped it with twine to created the segments and decorated the top with die cut leaves and a tag.

I hope you are having a wonderful Autumn where you are too!

Hugs,

Gina K.

gratitude.

This month, I challenged the design team to create a project using their favorite backgroud technique from an episode of StampTV.

One of my new favorites is Distressed Stripes. I love this technique because it creates somewhat of a pattern but it's not too busy. It's great when you need a masculine background or, when you just need a simple backdrop for any kind of card project.

Here is my card from the StampTV episode that was featured a couple of weeks ago.

And here is the episode if you'd like to learn to how to do this technique:
Distressed Stripes

Now, it's time to hop through the design team's blogs and see their favorite background techniques and the beautiful projects they've created!

I hope you enjoy this month's inspiration!

Have a great evening~

Hugs,

Gina K.

starting over.

Sometimes you just need a fresh start.

Not because anything is really wrong. But you just need something new. I decided to move my blog here to blogger for a variety of reasons. I like how easy blogger is to use. And I like the look. It's easy to change. And change is good!

Please subscribe here to my new blog so you can stay up to date on everything from new products to coupon specials to what's going on behind the scenes.

New colors
We've changed the colors of our website and it just makes me happy. Who mixes orange and blue? Me. And I love it!

Pre-cut stamps.
We love them. Tom is busy working on many of our past sets so we will be adding more sets into the pre-cut department. We will keep you posted. Last I saw, both the new Autumn Splendor StampTV kit and the Lovely Labels 1 stamp set is now being packaged pre-cut.

My eye
It's doing well. My cough is almost gone which makes me happy because no coughing means less pressure and faster healing. I really feel blessed that it wasn't WAY worse and my field of vision wasn't disturbed. Even if it never gets any better than this, I can live with this. But I think I would die if I couldn't see to stamp anymore or if I couldn't see my beautiful girls grow up, swim, play lacrosse, ugh. I can't even think about it. I'm Very blessed.

And thanks to all of you. You have all been so kind and supportive. And very patient. I appreciate every single one of your comments on StampTV, Facebook, my blog and all of your emails and messages. And mostly your prayers. I know they helped big time!

I am exicted to get back to work on StampTV and in my stamp studio. :)

So bring it on! I'm ready!
Hugs,
Gina K.
