My Prismas are older now and getting small but my Daddy originally game me a set when I was about 6 in a stadium seating kind of Red box...I can still recall the smell when I opened them! And since then I have been in LOVE with Prismas :D so when my little girl was about 5 I bought this set and now she LOVES them too! I think she is old enough now that I could show her how to use Gamesol. That set is my DREAM set!!

ReplyDeleteGorgeous cards, Gina. I am so happy to see you stick your blending stump into the Gamsol. So many videos that I've seen use some kind of cotton or other conductor to barely get the stump damp. I'm just not that delicate, nor do I have the time or patience to reload the gamsol every few strokes! I'm so glad to see that it is no big deal if you just wet the stump pretty well. And thanks for offering up a whole set of Prismas! What a generous gift!

ReplyDeleteWow! What a wonderful gift! I use Faber Castell Polychromos Pencils to color with, but I still haven't tried blending them with Gamsol. Your cards are gorgeous, so I may have to give it a whirl during this month's coloring challenge!
