The Cast and Crew for Gina K Designs welcomes you to another fabulous blog hop celebrating the new stamp sets from the May StampTV Release Party! We hope to inspire you with some beautiful card projects as you hop along to each of the designer’s blogs! Today, we are featuring two stamp sets by Beth Silaika and Claire Brennan.
The first set we are featuring is Sophie Pig by Beth Silaika. Beth has created a super cute set second set with the sweetest images and matching sentiments to make the perfect card project to make the card recipient smile or feel better right away! The second and third sets we are featuring are by our new Illustrator Claire Brennan. The sets are Old Country Roses and Fine Feathers. With Claire’s Old Country Roses set, you can create beautiful layered stamped images that make the most beautiful and soft roses that look like you have picked them right out of your own rose garden. Claire’s Fine Feathers set is a collection of fun feathers that are a perfect focal image to create a message of inspiration, hope, thanks and more! We are so very lucky to have Claire’s illustrator talents on our team!
Enjoy the gorgeous inspiration samples from the team and then comment on each blog for your chance to win a $20 Gina K Designs gift certificate! To see who won, check the Big News Forum at StampTV a few days after the hop.
I decided to show a few more cards in my release party presentation video combining the new Tiny Textures incentive set along with more of our new release stamp sets!
Sophie Pig is just adorable and I wanted her to be sitting in a total mess! So I used the splatter stamp from Tiny Textures to create a background for her to sit in. :) It almost looks like she's celebrating her birthday by trying her little hand at graffiti! This little critter set is so cute. I just love all the possibilities Sophie brings to card making!
Then, I couldn't decide which new set to use by Claire Brennan because they are all so spectacular! I decided to grab the Fine Feathers set, (which has already sold out! But I promise more are on the way!)
I added the woven square Tiny Texture to create a clean and colorful backdrop for these gorgeous feathers. And added one of my new favorite greetings, "You're an angel." Make sure you check out all five of Claire's sets in our online store! She is a truly amazing illustrator and we are so blessed to have her on board our ship!

ReplyDeleteGina, You and your design team just hit another one out of the park. I had to choose which sets to order and it was a really tough decision. You have been my best source for learning techniques and finding great stamps since I began card making a couple of years ago. Thank you

ReplyDeleteGina: Combining the “Tiny Textures” with Sophie and the “Fine Feathers” is an interesting idea that I probably would not have thought of on my own, but it certainly works to make two very nice cards.
ReplyDeleteThese stamp sets are amazing. I have to decide which ones to get first and that will not be easy. I love the pig.
ReplyDeleteLove the use of the Tiny Textures for these cards. Both are inspired!
ReplyDeleteLove these two new stamp sets.
ReplyDeleteI am loving the Tiny Textures set. Just wanted to let you know that you guys rock. I have never gone through a whole blog hop and felt so inspired. There wasn't one singe card that I didn't like. You guys are so creative and inspirational. Thanks
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful! Love the way you used the Tiny Texture set for the backgrounds!
ReplyDeleteGreat cards. I like the colorful backgrounds.
ReplyDeleteLove your cards and so looking forward to a new kit
ReplyDeleteGina I love your stamps. This blog hop was great.
DeleteThese are the cutest! Thanks for the hop!
ReplyDeleteOkay, I must admit, I haven't given much attention to stamping until just recently. I happened onto your videos on Youtube. I was hooked. I have been making my own greeting cards for a long time, and never got a good stamp result, so I used my Cricut and imagination. I have learned so much about stamping, embossing, etc from you in just a few short Stamp TV marathons. Your videos are the BEST on there. I have no studio, just my kitchen table. Since I live alone now, and at age 71, I can eat almost anywhere. So I "card on!" Thanks for making me try new things!
