Inspiration Blog Hop- Day 2

The Cast and Crew for Gina K Designs welcomes you to another fabulous Inspiration Blog Hop! This blog hop is for our September Release! Enjoy the gorgeous inspiration samples from the team and then comment on each blog for your chance to win a Gina K. Designs prize package! To see who won, check the Big News Forum at StampTV a few days after the hop.

Today we are showcasing the new set by Beth Silaika called This and That and my newest set called Simply the Best.

I want to share a few cards that I made for my Beautiful Backgrounds class at the Bella Crafts Connection Event.

First, I did the Emboss Resist Technique along with some of the circles dies to highlight my greeting.
I have done videos on this technique but I really want to do one featuring this card project. The border is two of the die cuts from the Alison's Ribbons die set.

My next card features the faux torn layers technique which will definitely have to be a video too! These types of cards are so easy to mail because they are completely flat. I love the clean and simple nature of this one.

My final card makes a great card for guys! I used the Pillow Top technique for this one. These borders are also from the Alison's Ribbon die set. You can substitute ribbon on another border die cut if you don't have this die set.

So, which if my three cards do you like best?

Stay tuned tomorrow for card projects featuring my other two new sets including Wild Blossoms and You've Got a Friend in Me.

Make it a great day and Happy Stamping!
Hugs,
Gina K.
